Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technology landscape, including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI governance
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with global megatrends and regulatory frameworks
- Advise executive team on emerging tech investments and disruption vectors
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical AI deployment
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present visionary insights at Davos-level forums and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Incubate moonshot projects with $50M+ innovation budget
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or Emerging Technologies
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or tech innovation
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
