- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen user experiences and digital ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive intelligence analysis
- Architect strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) or strategic innovation
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- MSc/MBA in Technology, Innovation, or related field preferred
