As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and quantum computing experts to pioneer breakthroughs in AI ethics, biotech integration, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Your strategic insights will directly influence our product roadmap and market positioning for the post-2025 era.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data from quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Architect 'Future-Proof' technology roadmaps integrating blockchain, metamorphic AI, and ambient computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional 'Vision 2026' sprints with MIT Media Lab partners and NASA innovation teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and Board of Trustees via immersive AR/VR simulations
- Mentor 'FutureTech Fellows' in our accelerator program for emerging technology entrepreneurs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Quantum Computing, or Emerging Technology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight roles at Fortune 100 tech firms or top-tier innovation consultancies
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society Magazine (2020-2023)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products with >$100M market impact
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning from MIT Professional Education
- Fluency in at least one technical programming language (Python/R) and strategic foresight tools (STEEP/PESTLE)
