Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI-quantum hybrid systems for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Develop ethical governance protocols for emergent biotech-AI interfaces
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready prototypes with 99.9% reliability
- Secure $50M+ in government/private innovation grants for frontier technologies
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers in experimental computing paradigms
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Biology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D in exponential technology environments
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum, or biotech convergence
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, and low-level quantum assembly
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Speaker credentials at 3+ global tech summits (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
