Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption, consumer behavior, and geopolitical shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Produce annual Horizon Reports with quantified impact assessments for board-level stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, governments, and innovation labs
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for black-swan events and exponential change
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using advanced analytical tools
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with measurable impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential technologies, and complex adaptive systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gephi)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published work in Harvard Business Review, Wired, or equivalent tier
