Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
- Present trend analysis at global industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech analysis
- Published research on 2020-2030 tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell method)
- Proficiency with AI trend prediction tools (GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with quantum computing or biotech disruption
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
