- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings on emerging regulatory and ethical implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-year commercial viability
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced certification in scenario planning or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
