As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments. Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D roadmap and market expansion strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market landscapes across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision future-proof business ecosystems
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies and geopolitical shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year innovation pipelines
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary scenario-planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year trend prediction implementation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency with AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or future studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
