Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum, climate tech, neurointerfaces) to identify strategic inflection points
- Develop scenario-based 2026 roadmaps for enterprise innovation portfolios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with CTOs and product VPs on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce predictive intelligence reports for investment committees
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, CES, and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFS)
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., SenseMaker, TrendWatching)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
