- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact metrics
- Identify emerging markets and investment opportunities for portfolio expansion

- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Experience guiding C-suite teams through transformational change
