- Develop multi-horizon strategic frameworks with 5-10 year vision roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into commercial innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as the 2026 industry authority
- Drive cross-functional adoption of future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend mapping, and horizon scanning
