Responsibilities
- Lead multi-stakeholder foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop predictive models for disruptive innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability frameworks with exponential technologies
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Curate partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP, SFI) preferred
- Experience building and managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
