Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuromorphic systems) and societal shifts
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and sustainability goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Champion future-ready culture through internal thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent experience
