Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making across product, marketing, and operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend reports and disruption threat assessments
- Build relationships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and thought leaders
- Advise on R&D portfolio allocation based on future opportunity mapping
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trajectories
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
