Responsibilities

- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario planning models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic research institutions
- Present findings at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Proven track record of scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
