Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal projections

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact global challenges (climate, resource scarcity, digital ethics)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era market needs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry publications
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation initiatives
