Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Publish thought leadership in industry-leading journals and conferences
- Advise C-suite on geopolitical and socioeconomic implications of emerging trends
- Build cross-functional innovation incubators for 2026+ opportunities
- Quantify market potential of nascent technologies through predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or APF)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis

- Fluency in at least two strategic forecasting methodologies
