Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, scientific breakthroughs, and societal shifts to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Design and lead innovation sprints focused on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Develop scenario-planning models for future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products and services
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
