- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
