- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for global policy forums
- Curate and manage a $50M innovation portfolio targeting 2026 breakthroughs
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technologies through stakeholder engagement
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-generational technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with global policy bodies (WEF, OECD, UN) or Fortune 100 strategy teams
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
