Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting trends for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
