- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Create patentable innovation roadmaps for quantum-human interfaces and sustainable resource systems

- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology forecasting or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (Harvard Business Review, Nature, etc.)
- Experience advising UN, WEF, or similar global institutions on 2030+ strategic initiatives
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies for organizations
