Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate, AI, and geopolitical shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into R&D pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology maturity curves
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF, CFTE) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate transition pathways
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
