Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce executive-ready future impact reports with quantifiable risk/reward models
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Advose leadership on long-term policy implications and regulatory adaptation strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional command of quantitative/qualitative research tools and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
