Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive briefings and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental shifts affecting long-term business viability
- Champion a culture of anticipatory thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) strongly preferred
