Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to post-2025 disruptions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products and services
- Represent company vision at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and execution
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent preferred
