Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories for 2026-2030 using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-adjacent interfaces
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and policy forums
- Design ethical guardrails for exponential technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through immersive VR/AR simulations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with 85%+ accuracy rate
