- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate resilience) to map 2026 opportunity landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients adopting 2026-era technologies
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, ethicists, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present insights at Davos-level summits and publish thought leadership in Nature Futures
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futures/foresight experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning projects executed for Fortune 100 clients
- Expertise in STEEP-EL analysis, Delphi methods, and trend impact matrices
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Fluency in at least one additional language beyond English
