Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic innovation framework
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) for market viability
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global industry disruption
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Experience with scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech verticals
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale strategic initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
