Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast technological, economic, and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, briefings) positioning our thought leadership
- Identify and evaluate high-impact partnerships and investment opportunities in emerging markets
- Champion human-centric design principles in future-proofing product development
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-focused frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, SFI) preferred
