Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing next-gen innovation initiatives
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario analyses for emerging tech trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops with global stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry conferences on future technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
