- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to the Board and C-suite stakeholders
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for 2026 initiative incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism/tech strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
