Responsibilities
- Map global technological trajectories through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Develop patent-protected innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neurotech integration
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Briefs' analyzing socioeconomic impacts of emerging tech
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-proofing frameworks
- Advise UN tech policy committees on ethical AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent foresight certification (e.g., CFAP)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Published research on technological singularity or exponential tech adoption
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ accurate long-term predictions (2018-2024)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global trend analysis
