Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruption-resistant business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal detection)
