Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with NASA, MIT, and WHO partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Produce annual State of the Future reports for G20 summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our FutureVision Academy
- Secure $50M+ in grants for moonshot projects
- Host the annual Horizon 2026 global innovation summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of published futures research (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Published author or TED speaker preferred
