Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging trends into innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive presentations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical signals affecting long-term strategy
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
