- Drive organizational culture of adaptive innovation through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented strategies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate resilience, digital sovereignty)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) or equivalent professional accreditation
