Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at industry summits on future-proofing methodologies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases using advanced NLP and predictive analytics tools
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with tech-forward portfolios
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for complex adaptive systems
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
