Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and synthetic biology
- Architect ethical frameworks for AGI development and quantum-secure communication systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with emerging technological inflection points
- Present future scenarios to global stakeholders including governments, academia, and Fortune 500 partners
- Drive patent development in metamaterials, brain-compute interfaces, and carbon-negative technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureVision accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantum Information Science
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof technologies with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or biocomputation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience securing federal grants and international partnerships for moonshot projects
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
