- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and trend briefs for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference talks, and industry publications
- Maintain dynamic trend intelligence database using AI-driven analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations in tech or sustainability
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
