Responsibilities

- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks combining predictive analytics with cultural anthropology
- Pioneer research on human-machine symbiosis and its implications for workforce evolution
- Produce white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Advocate for ethical innovation while navigating regulatory uncertainty in emerging domains
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for complex systems
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier publications
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic interventions for 2020-2025 trends
