Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping technological adoption pathways and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future scenarios
- Advise executive leadership on technology investment opportunities and competitive positioning
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience modeling complex systems using scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
