Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on 2026 objectives
- Mentor junior futurists to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
