Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product innovation pipelines
- Present visionary scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for internal and external stakeholders
- Advise on long-term R&D investments and market positioning strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into business impact
