Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term vision
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports forecasting 5-10 year industry shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech planning
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience in cross-functional leadership within tech/consulting sectors
