- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at global forums
- Drive cross-functional projects implementing future-ready organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenario frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
