Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology convergence points (quantum-AI-biotech)
- Architect organizational strategy for post-scarcity economic models
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure deployment
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Coordinate global stakeholder ecosystems (governance, academia, industry)
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning Reports for executive decision-making
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing long-range scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and human adaptation patterns
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) required
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
