Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, AI governance, and workforce transformation
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-quantum computing and neurotech integration
- Author white papers on sustainable infrastructure and circular economy implementations
- Facilitate executive workshops on metaverse economics and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, bio-integration, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of developing future-proof frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Journal of Futures Studies)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrix)
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms and scenario simulation tools
