- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or strategic foresight
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (whitepapers, journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, Web3, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
