Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) preferred
